Four Modes to Match your Moves
Choose a mode in the app before setting off. When using Light and Extreme modes, FlowAdapt automatically adjusts support in real-time, or manually cycle levels with a single button tap. That same button adjusts resistance in Training mode, and pauses the motors when you stop to rest.
